A Business Plan will detail the steps you need to take (Dates, Budgets and Responsibilities) to get from where you are now, to where you want to be.

Our Business Planning program builds on your Strategic Plan. We do not follow a “template” approach, but prefer to use the best tools and techniques at our disposal to assist your organisation in developing your plan.
