Who would benefit from this program?

The Fortuna Series of short talks is designed to stimulate senior executives to think about their own businesses, in terms of new trends in strategic business management. The talks are presented in-house to the company's top management team.

What does it involve?

Executives tend to get caught up in the day to day “bush fires” in the business, and little time is given to creative thinking about strategic issues. The series comprises regularly scheduled quarterly short talks designed to highlight interesting trends and discuss valuable case studies. The talks highlight the basics of strategic business management and provide an interesting item on the meeting agenda, which stimulate discussions, thereby encouraging innovation and new ideas.

The Package

The topics presented are selected to have specific relevance to the audience. A 40-minute presentation is followed by a group discussion. A fixed monthly fee covers the presentation, facilitation of the discussion, and the summary handout notes. The notes are customised with the company logo. The discussion outputs can be presented in a written report, where required.

A planning facilitation service is available to assist participation and decision-making at management or board meetings.

Cost and Duration

Fixed fee of $650 per month. Where customising of notes is required, a minimum commitment of 3 months is requested.
